Aurel Design (hereinafter: „Aurel Design“, „we“, „us“) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, the European Union (GDPR) and other applicable international privacy regulations.
This Privacy Policy applies to the website www.aureldesign.com and all of its subdomains.
2. Data Collection and Processing
This website collects data in the following ways:
- Contact Form: if a user provides personal details (such as name, email address, and message), this information is used solely for the purpose of responding to the inquiry. The data is not stored in a permanent database, not used for marketing purposes, and not shared with third parties.
- Google Ads (Google AdSense): the website displays third-party advertisements through Google. Google, as an independent vendor, may use cookies and other technologies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. - Third-party content: the website loads fonts from the Google Fonts service and flag images from flagcdn.com, whereby the visitor's IP address is technically transmitted to those services for content delivery. Aurel Design does not collect or process personal data in this way.
- Server logs: the server automatically records technical access data (e.g. IP address, access time, browser) solely for security and the proper functioning of the website. These records are not used to identify visitors and are deleted automatically at regular intervals.
3. Clients and Business Cooperation
Personal data is collected only when entering into a business agreement (e.g., web development, app development, or related services). Such data (e.g., name, company name, contact details, billing information) is processed exclusively for business and legal purposes and is not stored through this website.
Projects created for clients (e.g., websites or applications) may be displayed in our portfolio only with the client’s written consent.

GDPR (EU/EEA and UK)
As a client, you have rights guaranteed by the GDPR: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in the Republic of Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
CCPA/CPRA (California, USA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights: the right to know what data we hold, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to request that your data is not sold. Aurel Design does not sell personal data.

If you access our services from outside the EU or the USA, Aurel Design will comply with the applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction to the extent they apply.
